Refund Policy

1. Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable as they secure time and resources.

2. Refunds: Refunds are only issued if:

   • Work has not commenced.

   • The designer cannot complete the project.

3. No Refunds: Refunds are not provided for completed work or dissatisfaction after revisions.

Revisions

• Included revisions are specified in the agreement. Additional revisions may incur fees.

• Clear and timely feedback is required for revisions.

Disputes

• Open communication is encouraged to resolve concerns.

• Unresolved disputes may involve mediation per the agreed jurisdiction.
